From the Ground Up: Produce Safety Planning for Beginning Growers

Learn by doing: this hands-on workshop will use the Extension Center’s fields and wash areas to simulate real work scenarios. Other activities will include building an easy to replicate handwashing station and a simple-to-use paper assessment for evaluating the risk posed by wildlife in your produce fields.

The workshop goes from 10:00am – 2:00pm EST.
